#144975 Is this ridiculously cheap?

Oh yeah, I was looking at another listing that was £29 + £65 post for a £35 one.

This machine used to be in my local up until about 2 months ago.

I've emailed asking how much they'll charge for del to Scotland - but am I not right in thinking that £90 is cheap for that machine delivered in England?

Doesn't changing stake/prize f*** with the RAM so you'll take even longer to jackpot it every time you do so?

Buy shite, get shite support.

#92327 1280 layouts on a lap top screen?

Posted by Jamesbond_007838 on 14 August 2007 - 06:59 PM in General FME Discussion

no there will be some bits missing on a 1280 x 800 however a 1024 x 768 will fit into that

100px more will fit on a 1440X900 than 1280x800 - both will still be short since ALL 1280 layouts are 1024 high.

#91679 Something That Applies To All Fruit Machines

Posted by Jamesbond_007838 on 08 August 2007 - 12:36 PM in Real Fruit Machines

Offering a club machine on a 5p play £75 - £100 JP would offer great value to the player - but the liscene on a club machine is pretty high - and when put in the situation to make the choice most oppertaos will take the the more proftable choice.

Low stake - High Jackpot also means SLOOOOOOW play... £10 worth of 5p spins without a feature or significant win is dull dull dull.

5p/£75 costs the same in license fees as a £25 AWP, £7xx.

10p/£100 and up costs £1800+

#87395 Apple Iphone

Posted by Jamesbond_007838 on 29 June 2007 - 01:40 PM in Any Topic Chat

totally agree, the mac is very powerful for graphic design and some of the software is awesome. games are not really a major issue to me as I have a 360 and psp. but if i do want to play, i just boot up in windows on my mac and get on with it. only as a last resort mind.

Yeah all that native Windows software that's been ported to Mac is great isn't it..........

Name one feature that the iPhone has that makes it worth buying compared with a top of the range Windows Mobile PDA ? (which will be cheaper).

The iPod is the most over hyped piece of electronics ever, an average at best MP3 player backed by some amazingly bloated software - lovely.

£7.50 to download an album? Supermarkets are selling them for £7 at the moment if you choose to buy music legally.

#86743 Printer Cartridges

Posted by Jamesbond_007838 on 25 June 2007 - 07:01 PM in Any Topic Chat

Shouldve kept that epson printer, i can get compatable cartridges from as little as 2 quid a cartridge. and the quality hasnt changed from the first time i used actual epson ink.

Dr

Epson build quality is f*****g pish and the quality is never the same between compatibles and real DuraBrite ink unless you're blind.

Same applies to most printer manufacturers, compatible ink doesn't shape up.

#83727 Anyone have an Epoch MPU for sale?

Posted by Jamesbond_007838 on 31 May 2007 - 06:45 PM in Real Fruit Machines

Do these boards have batteries on them like computer motherboards do? (coin cell type)

If it does then I'd guess the battery is needing replacing on the new board since that'll be responsible for keeping the date and time alive. Swap it with the one from the old board..... :)

#81823 £5 Jacpot Machines on 10p per play

Posted by Jamesbond_007838 on 05 May 2007 - 12:09 PM in Real Fruit Machines

Howd you get it in the end?

It was on a Sting King Rich, got the streak and it just started going bloody mental :D

Like I said, someone must've lost a mortgage in it ;)

#81819 £5 Jacpot Machines on 10p per play

Posted by Jamesbond_007838 on 05 May 2007 - 11:04 AM in Real Fruit Machines

I agree that Red machines are the best on that stake/prize, especially if you get one throwing £70 at you (yes, on 10p/£5!)

Someone mustve lost a mortgage in it though....

#80495 impulse high voltage hellp

#80075 right guys....£67

Posted by Jamesbond_007838 on 06 April 2007 - 11:43 AM in Real Fruit Machines

You should seek help and also open a savings account with a bank where you can go into a branch and pay in the pile of coins taking away the urge to gamble.

If they give you a card, write down the sort code / account number and cut the card up.

#79830 give me strength!!!!

#77897 Bastard MSN!

Posted by Jamesbond_007838 on 16 March 2007 - 10:26 PM in Any Topic Chat

What I think you are forgetting is that MSN Messenger is a free service...... if you were paying for it then you'd have every right to moan but you don't.

#77064 Penalty charges from banks - get it back!

Posted by Jamesbond_007838 on 01 March 2007 - 07:59 PM in Any Topic Chat

Altharic I agree that the charges are unfair but in most circumstances (I know you've had some shit times, so I'm not referring to you individually) people can avoid going overdrawn with simple budgeting.

jamesb99_1999, charged current accounts are coming and the banks are very open about this.

#77058 Penalty charges from banks - get it back!

Posted by Jamesbond_007838 on 01 March 2007 - 06:49 PM in Any Topic Chat

i dont understand why they charge us in the 1st place if you have wages paid in each week

......... because you can't manage your finances correctly and take money from the bank that isn't yours?
