RTA some 3 years a go, some Jeordie prick in a black Corsa on his mobile (Found later to be working for Tesco's in town), cut left in front of me when I was on me bike.... ended up falling left, and a open arm fracture, with about 2 1/2 inch of bone sticking out me left arm.

Coppers had all the evidence they needed to do the ****, but did f*** all, and only thing I could do was to tap his insurance for a payout.

Cash is nice, but rather the coppers did their job, and nabbed the bastard.
