Either WinMX or try using a Bittorrent program - I won't recommend any unless asked but I've had a Workprint copy of Kill Bill and the 2SVCD copy which is perfect for about 2 weeks now :)
O.k, I'll tell you the site I use but I'll write the URL backwards, that way you have to work it out and I'll claim that my hand wrote it without my consent -
gro.avonrpus.www
You will need the Bittorrent software to try it, totally free of SpyWare, Adware, and it is bloody tiny!
There ya go!
Also, about Flashback, do you mean the Impulse version? It had 3 stacks, Cash in the middle and I think it was Features on the right and Nudges on the left - If so thats Maygay Epoch, and so couldnt be emulated. There may be another Flashback which I am not aware of, and probably is :)

Oh, the URL for the Bittorrent download site is
http://bitconjurer.o...t/download.html
It was written/founded e.t.c by Bram Cohen, and the only support he gets is by donations, so if you use it LOADs just make a small donation to him :)
Heres a screeny -
