Im at £4400 % @ 4.6 still booting me im sure it just doesn't pay the 500 i bet it just pays a coupe of large wins when needed to level the %.Im gonna save the ram and gam files again and take the 250 and see what happens after that.

Tried that, after taking a 250 it goes completely dead.

Not sure, mate. It's probably available. I'll have a look for ya! :)

EDITED TO ADD: I have good news, and bad news. The good news, is, I've found the £500 roms for C&RG. The bad news, is, they've got the 'RRO' update on them, which basically means you'll get the "Security Err" message on the alpha when you try and run them. :(

The other roms are switchable, but only downwards from the original £250 jackpot. You can get £200, £150, £100 and £75 jackpots, but that's it!

RIGHT YOU LOT!

Whoever wins £500 Jackpot first, and posts a print screen of it, gets 1000 casino cash...LET THE GAMES BEGIN!

This is a site for EMULATION purposes of older machines. Not playing strategies.
If you are more interested in playing modern machines,
visit Jackpottyforums

(DOND is around now on this site..... How long was this sig out of date...!)

reeks of anti-force code. Perhaps collecting some small wins might open it up?

Already done that it doesn't work and i did £400 holding every bell in view to see if it would nudge it in.

6k in payout at 3.28% and still not gone! How it would get back up to its proper payout % il never know it would need to chuck out around 5k to get back somewhere near what it should be set at!

£6000 in, £190 out...? Blimey. :o

Now that's what I call taking the piss, and I'm betting these machines have '80% payout' stickers prominently displayed as well. So much then for the compensator supposedly coming to the player's rescue; I don't anyone here is stupid enough to believe that if one stopped forcing for the JP the machine would loosen up to such an extent that it would cough up around five grand in small wins, in short succession or over any timescale, emptying hopper after hopper, just to bring it back to stated%... that's just nonsense.

So then, player(s) get absolutely robbed blind by non random club fruit machine, almost certainly masquerading as something it clearly isn't, namely operating to a 'guaranteed', long term payout%. I mean, it's not as though forcing for a JP isn't a common, entirely predictable and legitimate player modus operandi for a large prize clubber like this with the highest sub JP prize being just £60 for 50p stake, with the player acting on the entirely false premise that, as a non random machine it simply 'has' to pay out, even just to partially recoup his huge losses well in excess of the JP amount? No? Shurely shome mishtake eh.

Gah. It wasn't like this back in the day; even if you lost your shirt on a clubber it would always partially 'reimburse' over time even on a blatent straight force, let alone a more sophisticated strategy of knowing what various features did and how to optimise them through skilful play. And how the FM manufacturers must wonder why no-one besides hapless addicts and pros play their machines anymore? The mighty Bellfruit of all people, on a clubber to boot, the mainstay of this producer of the finest club fruit machines ever to have graced the planet, in my view. Grrr.

I'd just like to remind folks about my posts in the thread at FF, about Club Money To Burn....I have put something silly like 30 grand going through it.

But that said, Cavey, Crackpot is what, mpu3? And I've done something like that mount through that also, and never dropped that either.

Hmm, Crackpot's an interesting one... I'm old enough to remember these when they were in the wild. (It's very early MPU4 AFAIK, probably released around '86?)

These old 'Crests never gave triple bars off a feature or nudges; they'd just drop in off a lame hold set up out of the blue, quite literally just once or twice a year even for heavy, daily play/turnover. But in Crackpot's case, the JP (or close to it) could be gambled out off the cash ladder in open play, and the cashpot would be given fairly frequently. Whilst this might usually be only £10-20, it did very occasionally go as high as £90 before being paid (usually off a "!" rather than getting the requisite no. of red numbers).

Would you mind posting a few RAM files? I'd like to have a dabble on a well stacked, behind% set up if I may? :)

I think SP had one, or was it CJW, anyway, one of them had the machine, and they'd not dropped it either, or it was nigh on impossible to drop it.

Anyhoo, back on topic, anyone dropped this bugger yet?

:)
