Ok figured it out I needed to press one of the two white buttons inside to silence the alarm and empty it! Thanks for all your input

No haven't tried that will it allow me to then do the hopper?

There is 2 white triggers that release when the bottom door opens and after it re initialises it sounds the alarm and says bottom door open. Obviously stops when I push the triggers back in but not sure how else to re programme the machine to think the hopper is empty. At the moment it thinks it is full so keeps paying the jackpot
