Hi All,

Got a JPM snakes and ladders.

Switch the machine on and 90% of the time I get nothing, the coin mechanism still sorts the coins etc but the screen etc is dead.

The other 10% of the time the reels twitch for about 10 / 20 minutes and eventually the machine starts, but everything is reset and I get an error for changing the win percentages, which have never been changed.

Whats wrong with it? Best idea I have is the processor board, I've attached a photo of a leaking battery (still good on the multi meter). Some of the contacts have corroded below the battery.

If this is the issue, where can I purchase another board?

Hi,

I have a JPM Snakes & Ladders. Both the 20p coin tube and the £1 coin hopper are full but the fruit machine still directs coins to them, then they just overflow into the cabinet...

The fruit machine knows that both are full as it says in when you go into the finance settings, how can I get the it to direct the coins into the overflow coin tub at the bottom of the machine?
