Jpm machine your lucky knight

HI i have this machine and i cant find any info on it as i was taking the money out of the top hopper to put in again and i must have pulled the cable cause now the bells are ringing and i cant reset it manualy , can anyone give a hand please its about 6 yr old this machine ?:bigeyes19:
