I was playing one in the pub today and I was playing a bullseye game and I was wondering if it could be downloaded (for free) on my computer?

my mate had a key that he could put in a bandit and it told him how many pound coins it would take until the bandit was full and would start dropping, is there anyway to check that with an emu? also can you change them so they pay out a lot more? and also how do you refil them? it I have clicked refil and clicked c door and it doesn't work
