cant get my emulator to work

hi, on my old pc they all worked fine. now on this new 1 i cant get them to work. anyone any ideas?

hi, just bought a new pc and i cant run my emulators on it, when it loads it takes longer than it used to on my old pc.when i load game the game loads but doesnt do anything, when i close it, it gives me the message "not responding"Have i forgotten to download something?my new pc is emachines E4046.be grateful for any help!!
