yes it does ben as its an lcd meter which records all meter readings and not just the refill.

if the errors that have coming up are regarding the lcd meter then that is what will be causing the machine to be slow at initialising.

i will check to see if i can get a replacement sliding door lock for you.

How easy would it be for me to fit a new lcd meter?

Thanks for seeing if you can get a replacement sliding door lock, if you can't get one if Ben or anyone else can get one I would be interested.

eventually at will try to power up but will sound an alarm for a lcd meter alarm which will not sort itself until a new meter is fitted.

regarding the door slide,if the machine still locks i wouldn't worry about it because if you wanted a new one it will cost a fair wad!!!.

baz

The lcd meter still works though, can this be broke if it works?

How much will it cost for a new sliding bar lock? Can you get hold of one of these for me?

thats probably the reason why its taking longer topower up as every machine check this meter on initialisation.

if it eventually powers up and works ok then i wouldn'tworry about it but it will completly pack up at some point.

baz

Yes, it powers up and works ok in the end. At some point it will pack up worries me though, do you mean the whole machine will pack up?

Can the sliding bar be fixed?

Thanks

yes you do need this lcd meter.

and yes it can only be fixed with a replacement as its a sealed unit.

the buzzing noise,is this just the light buzzing that comes through the speaker when most lights are illuminated???if so then thats normal with barcrest mpu5.

regarding the sheared bolt, its hard to say anything about this without actually seeing it.

The lcd meter (with circle round) Posted Image seems to work ok, I put a few £1 coins in and it counts up. Any other ideas why the machine takes a long time to initialise?

Yes the buzzing noise comes out the speaker, is biker the spiker mpu5? As this machine doesn't do this as much.
