you dont really need the ram files as they are created by the emu when you run it.

you need a gam and dat file to run.
the gam file must point to the dat file [if you open it with a text editor and check what layout [and infact what roms] it requires.

They are indeed both Empire Machines.
You will not find the roms hosted on many or any websites.
