Hi, tried everything but no joy, putting the three select switches to off or even on didn`t do it unfortunately, no loud noises either, thanks anyways

Seems the only possible way to do it is as posted, new unit or program, does anybody know how to trick the machine into thinking either of these circumstances have occured? also I would like to say thanks for taking the time to reply people, if anyone wants advice on there T.V, vcr, dvd,camcorder,mw,cd and so on then please let me know, I would only be too pleased to help.

Thanks Bugs, sussed out the % but when I open front and back covers and do as you say I can empty the chutes by pressing the hold buttons but don`t know how to do anything else, variouse buttons make noises but that`s it, any more help appreciated.
