
What old mps2/mpu3 machines do we need?

The reason I ask is that I'm going upto norfolk next week and theres this burger bar that has an arcade out the back with a load of these old machines(Its more like a museum than an arcade). I can't remember what they are and normally they are turned off so they may be faulty. I haven't been up there for a year or so but if its still there I'll talk to the guy about rom dumps/dx's/buying some.
Can you name me some machines that if are in there I should bite his arm off to get.

where bouts in norfolk? i usually do hunstanton yearly, i know on ebay theres a guy there in hunstanton selling about 10 but starting at 99.99 is a little extreme to say the least

Wells-Next-The-Sea. Its the burger bar with the green semi-circle sign opposite the flood barriers. They've still got two of the really old wooden finish 1p and 2p pushers (hopefully). I can't guarantee anything but if there's anything their of value I'll try and get what I can. Hopefully a couple of Top Take reel sets
(however I don't think i'm that lucky)

MPS2 wise a set of Drop The Lot glasses would be lovely!!
That's one machine I would love to see DX'ed. The classic has been done already
Would be interesting to know what machines are there. Would you let us know when you have been please Guitar??
Also I think Supershot ROMS are needed - another great machine

As I said I haven't been in over a year but if theres anything that looks old I'll grab pictures and info about possible purchases or at least the possibility of me leaving him some cash as a deposit and getting the roms dumped. I may give him a copy of the fme stuff as anyone with that old stuff still in their arcades appreciates the value of them.
I used to own an MPU3 Triple Chance that I wish I had had rom dumped before selling a few years ago. Theres not a single resource for it on here. It was a £1.50 jp on 2p Play. I swapped the coin mechs and changed the 2p to 20p and the 10p to £1 so it was a 20p spin £15 JP on MPU3, quite playable as I recall.

I own a Hot Pot and it's similar but nowhere near as good IMO.
Can't remember the last time I saw a DTL, must be YEARS ago

Nice to play the classic but would LOVE to play a real one again one day!!

Very Nice , Hot Pots , Definitely JPMs glory days .
Doubt we will ever see a Drop The Lot again , Dam Shame . Atleast we have the classic as you say .

A quick note about the DTL classic - has anyone else noticed that the oranges and plums on the reels seem to be transposed? Shouldn't the number 4 on the centre reel be on an orange?

Sorry to burst your bubble but all those machines bit the dust about 3 years ago
Even the one next door that had super popeye and a crown jester is now an arcade, also had Projects Treasure Trail. Now, S16s and £25 hi techs is all. The arcade even further to the left burn't down a few years back too. Pop in arcade is still there but is very casino like now. Nothing old anymore this way 
That burger place, from memory they had a pcp cashino royale, bwb snakes and ladders (emulated) and that mdm golden crowns. There was a m1a corrie and a mdm fireball too. F**k I got some weird looks when I went round and photoed them all lol.

The Supershot machine has already been done by Pete. But, the DX is still to to be done.

Yes it should Tris AFAIK. Will load it up and take a look... no harm having a few games while I'm at it either...

Supershot's been done?? Woo Hoo!!! Will be trying that out later!!

I have tried to get good pics but the lighting is very poor, I'm afraid, so there are some flashes etc.
Hope they're some good and there's something that could be used.
There's a really good HotPot DX that is the same (or almost the same) that should be of help.
By the way, the coins build up like this:
