Right, 1st thing.
From what i can gather, although JPeMu will not really work on Windows MEdue to poor memory management, i hear that people are finding that JpEmu 1.46 is far far less compatible than Jpemu 1.45.
Is 1.45 more likely to run more roms on Windows ME than 1.46? Thanks to duplu for all your help before....
MORE IMPORTANT 2nd Thing.
I posted 2 help posts in the forum. both of the questions i asked could easily have been answered if i had bothered to read the 1st post in the Help Forum.
I want to apologise for wasting everyones time, especially duplus, and thanks for helping stupid newbies like me try to get a grasp of this fruit emu thing....cheers....i talk to much
Matt.
JPeMu 1.45 (yes 5) and my apologies.

No worries, we were all newbies once !
Just note that JPeMu 1.45 was a public beta and that JPeMu 1.46 is not and was a pre-public beta and was leaked hence some issues with this.
The author was very unhappy with this and will for the time being not be releasing any more updates.
And yes there is a JPeMu 2.x which has had all the Memory management issues resolved and will run happily on 9x/ME platforms. But we are unlikley to ever see this because of the issues raised above
Wozza
