hi all, decided to install all my fruit machines onto my laptop ready for when i go away. BUT !!
mfme11.exe which i install from RUN.bat which on my main pc install 200+ machines? which all work fine. well on my laptop? theres no sound? any ideas why, its a top of the range sony vaoi, ultra. was one of the best on the market, still brand new, only used it a few times. bought it for travelling and for the wife to surf with. the sound on the laptop works on everything else? but not the mfme11.exe? please help.

Could be the old AC97 driver problem, or possibly you need to update to the latest version of Direct X.

thanks dad, it didnt fix it? but it did help, i also downloaded all the latest sound drivers ? as being a laptop it has on board sound card? as another thread suggested, they said there machine hung? seemed likely?? so i updated them , updated direct x, updated windows in every way i could ? and bob wasnt my uncle, but hey who cares? its working ......
