Ring the bank or credit card company and explain the situation and they will stop the transaction, if it was a debit card you are f***ed, as they tend to come straight out of your account but ring the bank just incase, as some debit card transactions can take upto 3 days to transfer.
The computer records would show the times of the transactions and it would seem to be in your favour as the card transactions would be close together and may help substansiate your story..

I've been driving my car like a grandad to get 55mpg out of it, and I'm still skint! Its a shame that a small group of exceptionally greedy individuals make everybody in the whole world suffer.....

Well apperently fuel has gone down 18% now so at the pumps you should be paying something in the region of £1.05-£1.08 a litre at the pumps. Are you getting it for this price i ask? no are we balls, just robbing bastards even asda and sainsburys have only dropped down to £1.30 a litre for petrol and £1.34 for a litre of diesel. No wonder the average family is always skint and has nothing, absolute disgrace.

Argh, Don't thing I'll even bother learning how to drive. roads are fully congested anyway, and f*** getting raped by taxes.. better to take up cycling.. :) more cost effective and burn up some extra calories..

makes perfect sense, already getting a pair of 'running shoes'

My local Asda is 99.7 for unleaded and 103.7 for diesel ,  never thought it would ever get below £1 again, however my local village petrol station is about 5p a litre more
