Hi all,
I have dropped some Euro coins directly into the hopper and when I hit the payout button I got the following error message:
A17 Hop Coin Sens Alm
Turned out that one of the coins got stuck in the hopper, so I removed the coin but to no avail: the alarm keeps on going when the machine is switched on, and the error remains the same.
How can I get rid of the alarm and error message?
