Hi everyone
Unfortunately the error still exists, even after changing the MPU5 board (thanks anyway Lincsleisure1)
It's probably a software / program card fault. Not sure.
It's neither the MUX5 or MPU5 board causing the error so I'm unsure.
As you can see from the photos below, I'm getting an intermittent green/red LED on the MPU5 board when the error occurs.
Grrrrrr !!

as i said in the pm jason it may very well be the psu as i stated in an earlier post. atleast you've ruled out the mux5 and the mpu5 as not causing the fault
its very very rare to get a software or programme card fault
