It means the profile of the machine is set to pub mode. They have a little slot machine for arcade profile and if I remember correctly a horses head for Bookies profile.

thanks a million for the info ( it’s a machine I have at home and it just appeared out of no where ) I must have pressed some wrong button while refilling or something , good to know it’s nothing serious , thanks again

It is just the profile lamp. It has a pint glass a fruit machine and an horse. They are single site profile is the point glass, arcade is the fruit machine and the horse is the lbo profile for bookies.
