There are two issues as to why the latest version of MFME aren't here:
1) FE has refused to add new download sections for the later versions of MFME.
2) The latest version of MFME can update itself and those updates are downloaded from DIF.
Why should people be allowed to download it from here, and then update from DIF without even being a member there? DIF's bandwidth then takes a hit from non-members, Reg wasn't happy with this.
Anyway it's a moot point now, there is no future here.
