Probably be change hoppers in config, just have hopper 2 ticked I think.

there is a dx of this by DAD on here via the dads layouts topic, it'll need converting to the newer fml'file via mfme 5.1 in order to play in mfme6.1 or above

Press design edit mode as well to change the hoppers.
