SO. are the banned..........or not..........and do we have an email or corespondance from empire as to when this took place.

This site is owned and run by Duplu and Wozza, and it's tried to keep as 'above board' as is possible.....this includes any Empire ROM's.

Proof doesn't need to be shown for someone to decide whats hosted on someone elses site.

Before the nit pickers start replying to that comment, thats a basic answer to a simple question, any Empire ROM's uploaded here will be removed.

A fruit emu moderator commenting on an Empire thread is rather like entering a converstion where you have no knowledge of what has been previously said and thinking you know the history of what has happenend quite sad that the moderators here are not equipped with the tools to do their job :/

I've said it before, and I'll say it again.

You can either 'enlighten' people or you can f*** off - your choice

By that I mean, I didn't take part in the old scene, although as long as Maroneys Web Hovel was open, I'd get the layouts and ROMs. I remember when Empire used to host the ROMs on their site, picture of a floppy disc you had to click on to get them, and I remember when they themselves released a layout of Apache Gold.

Then I remember when Empire stopped hosting the ROMs, and people stopped offering Empire layouts and ROMs. Pretty sure even Maroneys site stopped hosting them.

I think they are not hosted out of respect for Empires wishes, but if you think that is totally wrong and are up for some more trolling action feel free to tell us what actually happened.

You mentioned something about Garys wishes I seem to remember in either FE Chat or over at #FreeFME, can't remember which.

You could give a bit more information in a proper format rather than taking the piss Alth, you'll earn more respect by doing so

I've locked this thread as this kind of attitude from Alth is only going to result in pointless arguments.

I've asked over at www.fruitforums.com for some clarification regarding the Empire situation, hopefully we will get people that are willing to discuss things in an adult manner sorting things out.

Don't expect Empire ROMs to be reinstated on this site, that isn't going to happen
