just cant get this to work downloaded the game then extracted it to desktop then right click on all  the 3 fonts lithogragh-bold , mfme , wingdings2, install the fonts  then load game and still saying bitmap image not valid can anyone help please doing  my nut in using windows 7 and mfme5.0

Get mfme 5.1, you do something wrong load the .gam file.

brings back so many memories playing this. I was playing this game for more than five hours yesterday and even cancelled a trip out to the pub to continue playing, such is the hold this machine had over me back in the day.

However, despite having this running at 102% for the first couple of hours, i'm now finding the percentage has reached around the 85% mark (i have it sent on 78%) so i'm guessing this is not the emptier rom. either that or i can;t quite remember what i am doing?!   That said, even in the day i never actually emptied this machine, although i got pretty close, it was such a time consuming method but very enjoyable machine. 

I used to love turning up at a bar, getting a couple of pints in, knowing that i could stay on this machines for a good couple of hours, and pretty much certainly come out at least £50 up and much more. Very happy days indeed. 

 

Thanks again for this one and of course the amazing emulator that runs it!! Undoubtedly one of the most personally important releases of all time, almost as good as when my favourite JPM machine, Ricochet was released many many years ago!!

Wasn't this the one where you could keep taking the low down feature on 10p play, the skill stop didn't cheat.  I'll have a dabble.

interesting, i wasn't even aware of the win stopper cheat!. This really was a very badly coded game on many counts but the most enjoyable DOND machine out there!
