I have a few spare PCs and Laptops that I can put Win XP embeddwd on, does anyone have a copy of the software that has the big machines on it for Download? Like RR etc

i thought you needed mpu boards to run the games like rainbow riches and such not just a pc. I might be completely wrong but im sure someone will clarify this. if I am wrong can I have some software too please, I got 3 spare laptops a MacBook and 2 spare pcs and id love to have some "big machines on them" 
always on the scrounge for freebies.

Otherwise, has anyone done an emulator taht is pretty spot on for them? I remember an emulatot years ago but it didn't play the same / same sound fx

Your need far much more than just a PC to run RR, your also need a MPU5 and correct program card, plus switch looms.
People have tried to do what your trying to do in the past and given up. It is not quite as simple as just running the software on a spare PC.
