Hi all.

Sorry to be so blunt but I'm in need for mega urgent help with an Elvis £500 jackpot.

I bought the machine TODAY for a 18th birthday present for my son but the guy who sold it me assured it works but it doesn't !

It comes up with error code 34 mpu offline, the power unit from the computer was repaired and delivered yesterday to the guy I bought it off as I have seen the receipt stuck to the computer !!

Any help will be more than welcomed !

Is the usb lead plugged into the PC and the gamecard on the mpu?

Hi.
Yes and to make sure the printer type lead has been replaced and swapped mpu for one that is defiantly working.
Just need this sorted.
Been stung for a lot of money so far.

is the 'status' light on the mpu5 just flashing green all the time? if there is red flashes then there is a problem
