hi guys i have a electrocoin cab with a concept games kit in it and also has 2 hoppers , when i go to collect a win nothing happens at all

any ideas ?

Does it alarm?? Could be a faulty loom, power issue, both.. Faulty hardware, board or both hoppers (both hoppers is unlikely) do you have any alarms as that would give best indication.

hi nick no alarms at all and both hoppers dead , but have been tested in another machine and fine . also i pm you mate regarding a hd

Probably me being daft, but it's definitely not in some kind of door open mode is it? I'd imagine it would give an alarm if it didn't pay out, unless it was in door open mode in which case it would probably just reset the banks?

Money is first on open door mode, as this will basically what it will do with the door open..... if it was some hopper power fault, I would expect it to alarm with some sort of message.

no door locked , takes money get a win then collect and nothing , bank says hop . and thats it no alarm .

Hmm, doubt this machine has dip switches does it.. Perhaps its a faulty wire or something and the alarm is silent.. "HOP" being the alarm code itself
