Hi guys,


I was just woundering if anybody could help with the following issue.
Basically whats happening is when you go to collect any winnings the machine hesitates for about 10secs and starts spitting out 20p's instead of pound coins. It used to be working fine, and the engineer has taken numourous checks but doesn't know whats up.
Could it possibly be a switch that has been knocked that is making it bypass the pound coin pay out or could the pound hopper be knacked?

Any help or advice would be grateful.

Hesitation will be the machine either trying to spin the £1 hopper and not detecting any coins (hence the hesitation) thinks the hoppers empty so it pays out in 20p's. Check the connections between the hopper and the board, stick it in test mode (switch under the reels held in while pressing the test button on the board) and test the hoppers for payout
