hi i have recently bought a MayGay Casino Grand slot machine as far as i am aware it was wrorking fine when it was first delivered a week ago but over that last few days when you turn it on after it intialises and spins the reels it buzzes like mad and says 2.3 reel 3 error, after about 5 or 6 resets and reel spins they all line up and machine starts up ready to play but after you play for a few mins the third reel in from the left doesn't always stop on the payline like the other reels and sometimes when it does stop say on 3 cherrys, which should be a win it carrys on like nothing happened and other times the reel will be well above or below and that will be a win.

i would be thankfull for any help on this, as i haven't a clue what to do, would it be a case of replacing that reel or is there a way of fixing this one, thanks a lot

just to add this machine looks like one of the las vegas slot machines and has 4 reels in all

does anyone have any ideas? is it a case of unpluging that reel and plugging it back in or if i buy another reel from ebay will that work, if someone could please point me in the right direction it be really helpful, as i would really lke to use the machine, thanks

faulty chip/opto/potato/chilly sauce I reckon although sure someone else will have more valid input.

It Could Be Anything From A
Faulty Motor -Very Rare
Could Be A Connection
Maybe The Sensor (Is Dirty) That Your See A Tag On The Reel Pass Through ??
Ensure Nothing Is Catching The Reel Ie A Wire Ect ??
Could Be Reel Driver Board - Ive Only Seen It A Couple Of Times

Ideally Swap Reel2 with Say Reel3 --- Start It Up - Its Not Going To Play Correctly As Fruits Wont Line Up But See If The Error Moves To Reel 2

as the above post says unplug the faulty reel 3 and plug it into the reel2 connector and vive versa.
if the reel is faulty then you will now get a reel 2 error.if its the connections on the wiring for the reels then you should still get a reel 3 error.
