Hi everybody,

Sorry for such a long delay replying, the last time i looked i saw i no interest in this sim, assuming maybe nobody here really wants to play it. I also had a very bad time with my PC i was developing this on, my HDD died of death :( . but thankfully i did manage to salvage the project. Well now i can see some of you guys and girls have tried it out gives me a little inspiration and pick up from where i left off.

this is how far i got some months back. I added a feature board and some sub games laid out. here's a couple of updated images for you.

Thanks for trying it out and thanks for being patient with me, i will get back on the case and as mentioned i will exclusively allow you guys and girls here to play it and to eventually get the final version out.

@ nails yea i can code that and allow for more credits. and yes it is fully 3D rendered in realtime. i hope it runs ok , i know there are plenty of optimisations i can do to it, but that will come later in the development process. :)

@ bandits Once the final coin is dropped on the table there is a time limit on pay out. this will be modified eventually ;)

I will try upload a newer version so you guys can play sooon, i will post back in the coming weeks with an update once i get my teeth back into it.

take care all and any ideas you want to add to this, then feel free to let me know, and i'll do what i can.

cheers

Adam

Hi everybody,

I am sorry i'm not getting back to you soon enough with updates,  the problem has been the time i can commit to this and creating a prototype machine.  I am still working on this and have added some other features to the machine, The pay out is fairly balanced and takes skill more than just luck to gain a good cash win.  So here's a couple of pics to show what i have been doing.

I'm not sure if you guys and girls like the direction i'm going in, making the features  into classic games. I'm up for any suggestions really.  Sorry once again this is taking such a long time and i honestly don't know when it will be finished either, but i can promise you that i will keep chipping away and hopefully i can get a playable demo up next time.

kind regards

Adam,

Hi guys,

Well i have not added the bonus features yet, just so you can play it without crashing or doing weird stuff for now. But the general concept is there to hopefully give you an idea how it plays.

Some conditions i hope you will honour.
please don't distribute it,sell it etc.
please play it to death
and post your highest winnings :)

1, Now some bugs to make note of, the UFO at the top is what you control, you are not restricted to the board so obviously aim on the board.
2, the credits display can go a little goofy.
3, if you manage to drop the £20 then your credits won't display any other coin that drops after.
4, i haven't done much optmisations on it, it plays ok on my rig, it may not play well on yours. if you have trouble, please post your machine spec)
You may find more bugs and if so, post here and let me know so i can fix them on the next update.

installation instructions : ( windows only for now )

double click on the zip file.
theres a icon called ' coinz.exe ' click that.
thats it!

optional :
you can extact it to your desktop or where ever, if you prefer.

you don't need to uninstall the game, just delete the folder it is in or the zip file.

Game Controls :

mouse to move the UFO left and right.
left mouse button to drop a coin.
escape key to quit game
R key to restart game

simple eh!

Good luck guys and girls, i hope to try and make some money from my project and future projects. I'm poor and would like to put food on the table eventually from this. However that don't mean i'm here to charge etc now or in the future, exclusively here and here only i will upload my projects to a community that has a passion for fruit machines etc. So keep it secret and you got yourself a good deal for free games and i hope you will give ideas to add to future games we can all play.

heres the zipfile : http://dl.dropbox.co.../ROBYABLIND.zip
oh 1 more thing, i put the £20 near to the edge just to give you a chance of dropping it, it wont be that close to the edge in the next build ;)

Kind Regards Adam

For some reason i get error 404 when i click on the download link

Hi all,

Well i really have not been able to bundle this project together in the time i wished, which means i can't get a demo out at this present moment, I am sorry that i can't deliver a demo this week, I personally feel it would not do it any justice, to release it at this time and i just hope you can be patient with me.

As mentioned before i am still working on it and more so these days, actually i have made it my primary mission to make something that i hope will have you playing for a long time and not be getting repetitive and boring.

I will post back when i can and when i make good progress, i'm looking at weeks rather than months when i can get a demo up! Once again sorry for such delays :(

kind regards

Adam

No worries Adam, much better to release something when you are confident in it. Looking forward to it, did enjoy the first pusher, got it on my laptop and will fire it up later :D
