To be honest Ross I don't think that they were... if I remember rightly just the panel of glass with the people on it was dimly highlighted, but I don't recall seeing the people look that bright mate! lol

But then again... it is a few years since I last played it and a lot has changed since then... but your image to me doesn't seem like the game was. :)

anyway next up are full of beans 1280wdx (shit machine) and maybe king ko(fooked in the emu) only due to the fact the artwork was kick ass

here is the layout for king ko in a hd res (1080/1920) non vert
theres no point of a release thread as it dont run very good due to a emu bug

***this layout runs like crap due to a emu bug hence no release thread***

on a side note 1280 users should still be able to play this (i think)

ta

Seems to run fine on 10.1

have you been on the board yet as thats when the fun starts the sound goes mental and its pauses on each loop of a sample until the end it then carrys on well thats what i get anyway
if the board runs fine for you could you record and ens me a link and what windows you are using (im on win7 x64 btw)

edit to add: heres a video of what i get framerate is a bit shite i think its 20fps but you will get the idea

Edit: turns out your right on 32 bit it runs fine on 64 bit its fooked

The board runs fine for me and I'm on win Vista 32bit, with 2 gig ram and Processor AMD Sempron SI-42, 2100 Mhz, 1 Core, 1 Logical Processor.

Seems to run just fine on here apart from the music on the super trail, it seems to go very fast and plays more than one sample at a time. there is no waiting though I can press start and move as soon as its added the features etc. I had the same problem on machine i did, the sound was fine but the reels kept stopping on the feature and it would freeze all the time. Strange thing though it didn't do it while I was making the DX. I can't upload a video as this laptop is too slow to do than and play the emu at the same time. It's deffo playable on this craptop, Rock n Roll by dad tho that's very slow and laggy.

EDIT Just watched the video and what it's doing in that it does on my layout (HoneyMoney)

I would mark its performance on the superboard as 8 out of 10 for me on Windows 7 64 bit, 6gb ram & i7 920 processor.

It is certainly not something that would stop me playing the layout, it does small pauses between moving the numbers just spun, but it is only a really small pause and it doesn't pauses between spins.

As for the music, like all the music on the machine, it just doesn't seem to loop the music, but pauses before going back to the beginning again. On the main board it sounds like one sample which gets to the end, small pause and restarts itself.

On the superboard, it sounds like a longer sample, which gets split, so it plays the first part, then the split and pause, then the second part, then it pauses again, before restarting the first part again. TBH the music is purely in the background and I didn't take any notice of it, until you pointed it out.
