What gets me though is how did they get the phone numbers of the victims ?

Also it is not really hacking - you simply phone someone up (they must have their answerphone active) and when it goes through to the answer phone either dial "0000" or "1234" to gain access to the messages...... it is simply using the default answerphone retrival code used by all phone operators.

Regardless of what it is there are some thing,s you just dont do .it is still gaining access to something that you do not have the right to use .
They must first of got the number from somewhere and there are many ways to get that involve hacking ..

This gets better / worse, depending on how you see it....

FBI to open 9/11 victims 'phone-hacking' investigation

So this phone hacking shit in the UK, appears to just be the tip of the iceberg, and now spreading to the US.

Oh how I do love to see the Murdoch's shitting bricks.

Bit of an analysis of the Murdoch's, and the News International Group

http://www.theregist...yth_than_mogul/

Shows up in this, that the UK government brought in to the Murdoch empire, and how Faux News, is generally seen as untrustworthy at best, by the majority of Americans.

So who's the most powerful of the 3?

Queen Elizabeth II - Head of State.

David Cameron - UK Prime Minister.

Rupert Murdoch - Owner of News International.

It's strange how so many call 'foul' when TV becomes so called 'politically bias' yet no one bats an eyelid when newspapers make their political allegiances. Is it because all the parties are covered evenly across the press?

So when we see in the press the likes of 'It Woz The Sun That Won It', what that actually means is 'It Woz Rupert Murdoch That Won It'.................?
