Need to know the manu of the machine, and if poss, the hardware platform it operates on, like Impact (JPM), MPU5 (Barcrest), Scorpion 4 (Bell-Fruit / Mazooma), Epoch (Maygay), etc.
As for volume control, some machines require the use of a refill key ( I know my JPM GUAB needs this), which is located normally near the payout tray, and most of the time, it's a Lowe And Fletcher (L+F) 87000 flat key, though there are others used.
As for MPU4 based games, there is a small POT adjustment on a long black peg, that is located either on the main MPU, or on the game card itself.

Hi . I think thats an MPU5 mc you have there. under the reels deeper into the machine their is another btn. Press this at the same time as pressing the test btn on the mpu. That should do it.

Better things about red gamers is that unlike barcrest they dont go through the bulbs one by one which takes agessssss they just flash on and off

Pretty much all barcrest machines can flash all the lamps in test mode. Normally its a cycle of Bottom Glass, Top Glass, Both Glasses, Single Step.
