I was "tricked" into buying one of these CD's. And it was only after I bought the CD I found this site.

This kind of thing makes me sick!! The people that would buy this 'item' are obviously unaware of this site.
I am gonna go and sell the url on ebay now....

Let's wait and see what happens!
E-bay should be removing these auctions shortly after they are placed. The emu author copyrighted the emulator and therefore people can't distribute it via e-bay anymore. Basically e-bay get notified by the emu author or someone else involved when an auction is see and the auction is closed and usually the users account. Well that's how the story goes anyway.
One thing is for sure, there are far less auctions than there used to be.
