Was in a pub that i dont often go in last night and there was a Barcrest Super-Charged machine, after £5 worth of credit I hadnt hit the feature once!! Got the trail to 6 and 7s a few times but never the feature. Surely even if the percentage was only 70% i would have won something or at least reach the feature???

Im guessing this machine is 25p play as its in a pub, and £5 is nothing. I think it once took me £19 before getting on the feature board on those 25p play machines.

So I would say it was nothing unusual.

One thing you should learn sir - all machines are rigged. That's why those who produce them are rich. :?

Kebab shop in Peterborough had this, and probably still has :

Day 1 : Remembered it as being OK in pubs, £19 in NO BOARD NO BONUS I was hoping it was saving up for something major :)

Day 2 : EXACTLY THE SAME PATTERN, NO NUDGES NO WORTHWHILE BONUS NO FEATURE

Day 3 : Stopped playing machines in Kebab Shops!!

Think its been chipped twice now.

I had a bad experience with the Blue Rinse in a pub once. Cost me £78 to get a feature and was killed on the second spin. Dont know if it had run earlier or if someone had ripped it. I complained bitterly to the bar staff without much joy.

I once put £100 over the back of a machine but never once have i complained to the staff about loosing my money. If i am stupid enough to put it in then it's tough. As for putting £78 in for nothing i guess it had just paid out a big streak, after £20 for nothing you should have walked.... To be honest probably sooner.

i usually watch my dumb friend drop his life savings in a bandit before i consider going on. he's none too bright when it comes to bandits, this has seen me 3 jackpots in a week, plenty of beer money. it's usually cop the lot down at the local, a machine which i despise!

Gambling is bad - but ripping off a mate? I'd chop yer b**locks off!! AFAIK it's generally accepted that if [as happened a couple of days ago] - I lose say £5 in a machine, then my mate puts £1 in and gets £6 out, that I at least get the next pint off him :)

Just seems like the right thing to do :)

The ones in Spalding are very good, Addams Family (£5), King Kebab (£5), WipeOut (£5), always seem to play very well :D
