Correct, however I think the creators "intention" was to have it share documents via P2P but it is used as moonman discribes it.
For downloads try utorrentz it searches every available torrent site out there.
Hope this helps

I haven't checked nor read anything but Two things here...
1) **I find that very very unlikely..
2) Erm, we arn't In *Canada?......
*Online Gambling isn't allowed in certain US states, even if its a site from the UK they would break the law by playing.
**edit** I have just had quick look and yup that statement does appear correct....but its ILLEAGAL to upload pmsl.....catch 22 lol, no uploads therefore no downloads.

all things are legal untill you get caught .you will recive a cease notice if your
isp is monitoring you and they can not at the min pass on your details
beacuse that is illegall for them to do as long as your not with virgin media then you can download anything you want
i doubt also that is legal to send or share even in canda atm there did used to be no law there what so ever.
cardie just sign upto a private site download from there ipt being the best that i currently know of
your isp limits bandwidth to bt but you should be able to get around it with
enabling protcol encryption in utorrent
and i would be more than happy to pay for a legal service where i can download new out in cinema movies music and xbox 360 games on a month by month basis but no one seems to want to do that .
its like flashing your xbox and saying you only play backups or your games like most say on scenyx allways amuses me ..
sorry for the bad grammer im thick ..

It's the infringement of the copyright pertaining to the intellectual property that is downloaded that is the transgression if you get my drift. But as a general rule of thumb, if at some time in the dim and distant past you used to own 50% or so of an artists catalogue on vinyl or CD or whatever then it's OK to blag the whole lot, including the ones you never had in the first place, regardless of whether or not you still own said CDs. And that's OK just as long as you don't ever play them and give money to charity on a regular basis. It's something like that anyway.

record companies are getting pissed off because they are paying to produce music which is getting distubuted over the internet so that anyone can acsess it for free FACT
so why are some record companies making Youtube channels and putting the pissing songs on ?? with the videos aswell
this doesnt make any sense

Be careful what you download from them i got 3 copy infringemints from downloading norton grand theft auto and the end of days i had to call to get my internet access back on they told me if i do download it its ok but when i give it back again i've crossed the line i just stick to megaupload downloads so there is no problems yet cough
