Lent my older laptop to a friend last week & got it back last night
now when i turned it on and launched FF or IE, the mouse would freeze & keyboard would stop working but i could launch task manager & not use it and i could bring up the ctrl+shift+delete menu (took me a few boots to find this out)
launched task manager as it logged on & fBNMQuikgH.exe was in there, opened file location & it was created on the 26th at 20:15
an ideas what fBNMQuikgH.exe is/does?
googled it & no results

Refer the file to Comodo - looks suspicious with a random name like that.

Another way, is to install Zards Startup Defender, if you are able, and that has a self reporting system, also able to BLOCK starting up of whatever this prog is.
Startup Defender stop programs from starting auotmatically with Windows

I run Comodo firewall and antivirus and there is and option to submit files to Comodo if you are unsure about them - never actually had to do it so far though.

You could locate the file in question, and upload it to Virus Total for a scan with over 40 anti-virus / malware scanning progs....
If you get more than 33% worth of bad results, then I would be concerned.

Just one hit, and it's only a suspect file at that.
Think you are safe with this one
