I have seen lots of very recent jpm's being emulated like tomb raider but classics like TOT that are 4-5 years old are yet to be seen.

Is there a good reason for Temple of Tresure not being released yet?

Would be a bit weird though as the features are offered in a different way - could be done though.

I might have a crach at that, never made a layout before, might be good. And by good I mean bad. But that isn't what matters :)

Cheers george999, didnt realise mate.
Does that mean that Frenzy and PCB along wiv drac and boulder dash
are mpu4?
TOT is easily in my top 5 best machines ever which is why I was asking.

Ooh Aah Dracula [Barcrest] is an MPU5 machine - what you have with the emulator is the MPU4 Rebuild by BWB. Weird, I don't actually see why they re-released it for an older tech, but oh well :)

Frenzy and Psycho Cash Beast are both MPU5. Even the BWB Rebuild of Psycho Cash Beast is MPU5 - again begging the question as to why Drac was released as an older tech rebuild!

MPU5 machines may well be emulatable in say another 2 years, but is wholly dependant on a new technology being adopted by Barcrest. MPU5 is used by Vivid/Red Gaming/Barcrest and I'm not aware of any reasons for them to upgrade at the moment. Might change in a couple of years though.

Seriously - if anyone would like to see this as a TOT PDX I would be willing to give it a shot, although it would be my first layout so no flaming :)

Anyone have a decent glassscan/flyerscan/photo of TOT? As it is too new a tech to be emulated I am worried about getting the grafix. I don;t forsee that I will need any help with the layout. but will be basing it on the already available classic for Bucaneer - I don;t know who the author is but if they read this, and have a problem with me using it, they only have to PM me and I will stop work on it!
