kriss have you managed to get it working without the door being open?

Had a look at it, and it's a non starter with regards normal play. The hoppers are displaying "Empty", all the time.

With the door open mode will this mean that the actual machine doesn't play the same but individual features on the board will?? or will they also pay more than normally??

Looks great so far; but I have one little niggle. Isn't this a little, too, well, new? I thought this was Scorpion 5?

Look forward to giving it a bash, but I do think it's a little too close to the "new" bone. IMHO of course.

Great work as always guys, please do not take offence. It's just I know of ten of these machines still sited near me; I suppose as long as it only plays in test then it aint too much of a problem.

The "is DonD emu'd" questions are bound to now flood in though!!!

The reason that this sort of runs is because it is a Mazooma machine, and doesn't have the security that the newer BFM's have. So no BFM machine newer than Pony Express will run on emulators that we currently have.

That wasn't really my point; my point was this machine is still very prevalent in the wild and as such is it right for FME to release it now? Thats why I made the point about if it only works in test and not in normal play then it shouldn't cause too much of a "moral" issue...

I was replying to the last part of your previous post. Should have quoted it! The part about DOND's being emulated now.

I wouldn't worry too much about how new it is. The Corry layout I did was very new when released, and there hasn't been too much of a fuss over it.
