Every pub i go in there they are! dond machines! cant we have a choice any more? they have taken over! why are there so many? and if you wante to buy one for the house you cant get them for love or money,cos they are in all the pubs i suppose. they are like a germ breeding in our pubs! what does anyone else think?

yea my hometown has dreamfactory, big deal, red alert, and then randomly a monopoly hot property.
in my uni town theres the power 5, big reds, and then randomly a cluedo.
i think its a mix between them making a good profit and because they think everyone likes DOND (yea that was the case at the start, but its getting a little old now).

Our locals in Northern Ireland aint as bad with the deal or no deals i was out last nite and they were all extreme gaming (i think i had quite alot to drink lol) in one pub i was playing maniac muncher on 50p a spin and after bout 7quid in i spun onto the bonus which game me stoppa and i stopped it on nudges and it gave me 4 nudges for 15quid so i walked away after that lol i didnt even play the otha machines cause i rem dr jekyl and mr hyde or whateva that machine is called shafed the life outta us one night lol.

I have to agree, the sparkle of DOND has gone, leaving the sour taste of £7+ for a board that can go dead.

Never played one - never will. The idea of Mr edmonds grinning at me whilst I lose £ after £ is not appealing.

yea. when im £5 down and no sign of a board then i know its sucked me in and im screwed. when i do get on the board i get about £2 on the cash stack then land on game overI have to agree, the sparkle of DOND has gone, leaving the sour taste of £7+ for a board that can go dead.

i can no longer stand a dond machine(i didnt really like them when they first came out) £7+ for a board and then it blocks at £2 is fookin ridiculous.

I have never seen the big appeal of these games, what worries me is they will all become £5 jackpot machines & be everywhere in the next couple of years!!

The £5 version is stupid, cause the flamin cash trail goes 10p,20p,30p and so on till £1 it takes ages to build anything up.
