Hi Baz,

Is it possible to connect one of these coin mechs and hoppers to a PC, so that when coins are inserted the PC recognises it, and upon a further command sent from the PC to the coin mech/hopper, the hopper pays out?

I can write the software myself, I just need to know if it is possible to 1) connect a coin mech and hopper to a PC, and 2) pass commands between coin mech/hopper and PC and vice versa.

Cheers!

Sharpy

should be able to do as most trivia machines (it boxes, paragons, fat spanners, gamesnet) are all pc based and on fat spanners and paragons the wiring all comes from the pc.

So if I bought a hopper and a coin mech from you, would that be all I would need, or would there be extra wiring/circuitry I'd need to source from elsewhere?

Cheers!

hello mate

struggling to get a 129.

as far as i remember the 126 was the replacement for the 129.

if its cheap i would get it because at least you have a mech which is still in use.

dont buy a 126 dx as this wont work.
