I was wondering that. I'm kinda hoping he would tell us if he was playing it in demo mode... but you never know

I don't think it would be easy to 'accidently' get into demo mode, with the doors closed.

I'm assuming that means he's staking £10 and winning the jackpot. It could mean that he's floating the machine with £10 I suppose.

Just to check, you are punting out the 'super feature' aren't you? When both stacks are empty? If you are just taking single JPs I assume it'll keep offering them.
