These days if you can give them the date and time you made the transaction then thay can comfirm your purchase and give you a store credit at least.
Woolworths do it all the time if you have lost your reciept.

Is this about needed financial support in a time of need ? Or are we talking ' I have had enough of paying all this money myself ' ?
I would also like to think that there are a hell of alot more members here that although may not contribute, do respect and appriciate all the effort that goes into making layouts and sourcing resources and honestly would be willing to wait without complaint for any layout that had been previously released to those kind people who do support this site finacially.
Maybe a statement of your intentions ( asking for support ) prior may of been to the wise.
