i would say it was the council m8 as they are the one's that are suppose to look after the roads and pathways.
as for sueing them i would 100% jogging across the metal well if it wasnt safe it shouldnt be there..
it could have easy been a lady with a newborn in a pushchair.....
i say m8 speaking to a no win no fee brief is the best option get the compo you deserve.

Hi there, i would not pay mate as others have said these groups will download a file and snatch all the ip's they then send letters out to scam money out of people.
I have been downloading about 200-300 gigs every m onth for about 3 years now and have never had any probs..
The safest way i would say mate is join a private tracker as most of these public ones wil cause you hassle one way or another..
If allowed i will pass a few invites over to people but i dont have mega amounts of them...
If you do require an invite send me a message and i will see what i can sort for you..

i use and have always used Azureus now known as Vuze i find it a very god friendly software to use but as others would say utorrent is great too.

Hi there m8,
The best way i would say and the way i do is to use a converter called convertXtoDvd
With that you can add a menu so that you can choose which film you want to watch.
But as others wil agree 3 films on a single layer disc the quality will not be great now 2 films would be ok but not 3 mate.

Well just tried to buy a game and it failed on the download. Just did a speed test and im connfused by the results, the upload is 3 x's faster than the download. See picture
I'm not sure what speed the Iphone 4 can go up to on downloads but the upload speed looks good.
RH mate is the modem/router by anychance the one you use to get from virgin media ???
If it is mate they are useless...
I had one from them and well they are crap for the wireless and if you download loads like me ( i do about 200 - 500 gigs downloading a month ) you have to reset them every couple of days or the speed gets slower and slower ...
i now use one of the newer modem from virgin and its much much better perfect speeds but soon im going to have the virgin hub when i get the 100meg net from them

I must say i have never had any issues with virgin,
I have my TV,Phone,Mobile and my 50mb internet from them and if and i mean if i have had any probs they sort immediatly and i also get a goodwill credit added to my account.
When i was with sky i had issues left right and centre, for a start i was paying for upto 24mb and only got about 3mb the tv service was always on the blink and then after being with them for about 5 years when i moved home everything was ok until a few weeks later i lost my tv service they said £65 callout fee then a charge to repair any issues.
i would say by far virgin is the best, you get what you pay for :-)
