Hi all, I have purchased a few £500 Rio's in the past and only ever had one game on real play, whereas other games have been on it but can only be played in demo?

Seen a few tatty ones on ebay with games all in ''real'' mode but does anyone have any idea as to how you go about buying a Rio from JNC (as a pure example) and having all games in real mode?

Do you need an extra part, or can you request this?

Sorry, not too technical on this, was wandering how it's done?

If the T8 is on lease, SG sometimes set the volume remotely and some venues are not allowed to adjust. We had some on site that were like tha

I know there are strict regulations, but if they can set things remotely, what else could they do?

Didn't I hear of a story on here once where someone was playing a FOBT and halfway through the game it was removed from site?

You could always return with a tube of superglue, and direct it to the note acceptor

Personally I think they are just being tossers about it, why would you refuse to turn a machine up slightly?

No worries Tommy, had a feeling the old refill key wouldn't work on these updated newer machines.

Great on the old cabinets though.

I was in my local arcade the other day and I'm sure many will agree, having sound on a machine adds to the fun so I asked the staff if they would mind turning the volume up slightly, as I could hardly hear it.

To which they replied..............no.

The other machines next to me were so loud that after a while it started to get up my nose, so rather than ask the ignorant toss pots, is there any way of doing it myself discreetly with a refill key, or do you have to have internal access to a T* vegas cab to do it?

I know it's kind of risky and could end up getting me thrown out, but personally there are so many other arcades to choose from, personally I couldn't give a sh*t.

I know it's their machine, but surely as a paying customer they could have adhered to my request?

Thought it a bit off, so thought I'd do it myself.

Any suggestions as to how please, as couldn't find anything online about sounds and T8's?

Loaded up mfme 5.1 and extracted it just as I would 5.0 and put it into my desktop, but now getting error message

The code execution cannot proceed because pacdrive.dll was not found?????

Loaded up win 7 and windows 7 as looks to be 2 separate mfme's to load but neither are working?

Should it load which one would you recommend I should use?

What is pacdrive.dll please and how do i install it?

I have yes and they are all saying busy free parking.

I have loaded up the top box first, waited then loaded up all 3 in order (seperately)

I have inputted IP into every game including top box (so all 4) and just checked they are all still there...............they are.

It's like the top box isn't connected to main game and therefore can't recognise it?

Need some expert advice on this one I think.

Done exactly this, loaded top box...........waited for it to fully load, lights flashing etc.

Then loaded up 1/2/3 seperately, waited for each one to load first.

Got feature................free parking please wait.

Yes that's correct.  Load the top box first and wait while it initialises (this takes a while).  Then load in each of the 3 slaves.

 

First couple of times I had the 'Parking Busy' problem then managed to suss it out.  Seems its a bit more twitchy that other similar layouts.

When you say suss it out, I really don't know what to do next.

Loaded it up as directed but just freezing on feature.

Don't know what else to do next?

Got the credits up now, seem to be a bit delayed, but still getting free parking busy.

I also notice you say 5.1? 

Can only find 5.0 is that the same thing?

Play this in mfme5.1 if you've got that mfme it should have a find tab in the preferences!!

To run this MFME needs a little tweaking as these machines uses an IP address. This is your local IP of your machine. Put this IP in Preferences under IP Addr. It will probably be a 192.168.0.x type address.

This release has four machines as it is actually four individual machines running, the top box and three clients.

Load them in this order:

- partytime_topbox_astrasysa1.gam
- partytime_red_astrasysa1.gam
- partytime_blue_astrasysa1.gam
- partytime_yellow_astrasysa1.gam

You should be up and running when they've all been loaded.
The same should apply to this layout

Only 2 of 3 units working and now have feature and it's saying ''busy free parking'' and won't go (like it's in a queue)

Was looking at other thread on here regarding JPM fireball, which gave me a thought and then I found it.............

Firstly was there any sound roms for this as the game seems to run mute?

Secondly I noticed when I hit the jackpot, the soundtrack used to be around 10 seconds long, but when you hit it, it's over in less than 2 secs.

Obviously I can't hear it so I'm guessing maybe the speed is too fast?

Can anyone assist with this one please, as loved this game?

I did know of one arcade in Paigton that had one and the arcade shut down about 5 years ago.

I tried to contact the owner as apparently he still lives in the area, but unfortunately he isn't listed anywhere.

I know all the machines were still in there, so god knows what he did with them all?

Downloaded as normal, selected game, extracted all and moved to desktop, but nothing......empty folder?

I may be wrong, but I don't think it's programmed to repeat on £5 jackpot, 10p play (if that's what it's set on)

Im sure many will agree, but Ive played this game for over 10+ years and NEVER got a repeat on it once.

Set it to higher stake, like £25, 30p and it will go then.

I have recently purchased a Barcrest 2002 Temple of Treasure and the locks are missing.

I know you can buy them everywhere, but in many different shapes/sizes.

Does anybody know which one I would need for the cabinet and door for this particular machine and what size?
