I will save it for tomorrow and have a look to see if i can find the dip switches.. there is a cover on the mpu(?) that i cant take off, and i dont want to force it.. also about the sound is it just a simple fix of changing the amp?

also tommy; the door switch isnt plugged in, i didnt think about that.. silly me.

I bought a Bar X the other day, i picked it up on monday and have been playing around with it since as my internet was out for a few days. The speaker was unplugged so i decided to plug it back in and i got a very loud static noise (ie a tv on an untuned channel). Any ideas on this? ive tried turning the volume up and down but its the same.

Also id like to change the stake and percentage, how would I do this? i cant find any dip switches anywhere, unless im not looking hard enough. Its currently on 5p/£5 and id like it to be either 10/20p and changing the jp if possible. The percentage must be really low as it takes about £5 to win anything, and ive not had a single jackpot so far..

this is the version that i have: YouTube - Electrocoin -- Bar X VIDEO 100 !! (I think, ill go and take some pictures later if needed)

well, its still a bargain. doesnt look like its had any attention, its worth a bid even if you dont wan't them as they can be sold on.. well hopefully if they dont sell he will put them up each in their own auction so i can snap up the cops and robbers.

can someone tell me what the note acceptor leads look like? i dont have the chute thing or note box on my cop the lot though.. i doubt i have the cables, i think its too old? i can take a picture if you like. :/

I won Del's Millions on ebay on weds, the seller has only sent me an invoice via email and phone number. I have tried sending text messages and emails requesting a pickup address and suitable time but I have not got a reply. What should I do? I would call the number but I can only send text messages since I dont have a phone, and only mobile broadband.

Quite close to me too, but i have sworn never to buy an epoch/eclipse machine. enjoy.

Don't put any more than £3 in each machine. My local nobles has both the sit down and standup versions, if you get them at the right time a jacky will just roll in, and if youre lucky you will get another £25 or more on the top reels.

Yeah, im staying away from it after thinking/reading replies. its a bit too pricey now (£63), can pick up better machines for the same price or less. Currently bidding on another machine instead.

how much should i be looking to pay for this machine?

The seller says there is a reel error too, and that its worth £350 and that she wont let it go for less than £120.. (Should have a put a reserve on it if that was the case..) Its currently at £56.
