one thing, could it be possible to do a slightly darker DX?  even in a dark room on my monitor its a struggle to see some of the lit values?

 

is this some think i can do with the internal settings, or some thing the creator does.

Indeed, some of the cab variants, was old non-casino bar-x cabs, which I have seen in Quicksilver in Derby back in the day..... Ironically Quicksilver is now part of Novamatic, which I believe joined Admral's.

yes and no, they money does indeed to go novomatic, but quicksilver and nobles are run as independent companies. initially at takeover, nobles didnt share their link-up system wit the rest of the company i.e the ability to have a bar-x, a t7 and a mega-bars on the same ticket payout system.

 

now the walls have come down so to speak its become more common place.

 

personally i dont like the linkup system, as its far too easy to spend a ticket with 500 on it, rather than have the cash in your hand.

online wager requirements are a CON.

my best guess is that your thrashing the hell out of the CPU and GPU. after 200 spins your now producing so much heat your laptop cant take it. deleteing programs is not the answer. newer laptops at the £350 mark can be purchased with twin discreat gfx cards - nice!

nice looking site, not quite finished - arcade pics would have been a bonus

just nipped down for a look. its not as bad as i thought from the comments here, themed carpet, upto date pushers (rainbow riches for example) redemption machines (pay out in tickets for prizes) and video games. yes the 10p section needs attention and the over 18 is small, but not toooooo bad.

needs a lick of paint but overall a good experience.

well the player has been charged with violent conduct, and the ball boy has now been found out to have tweeted his intentions to slow the game down before the match.

 

yes shame on eden for kicking the poor 17 year old millionaire that has aimed to slow the game down, but the ball boy should be banned from the ground for bringing the game into disrepute.

Wizard said he would give time for amber to settle in before he released his emulator, I think that's pretty good respect from him in regards to the countless hours guitar had pumped into it. Now that time (IMHO) has elapsed and mame is all over the show - who would pick up on it anyway? what I mean is, once its released what can they really do, and what if one of his friends leaked it, then it wouldn't be his fault anyway right?

 

Killcrazy appears to be making fantastic progress which a tech that's much anticipated. With the likes of duff beer and perhaps a DOND thrown in, would that steal a lot of wizards thunder? guitar is also hard at work at filling in the older techs, so perhaps in XXX months time, MFME 4? will be obsolete anyway?

Nobody else seems to have asked this question, but now all the setbacks from Mame have gone, why can't Wizard release his latest emulator?

There is a recent thread on here saying barcrest have stopped making reel based machines, wont be long until the rest follow suit.

 

nobody knows whats round the corner, but i bet its totally the reverse. Barcrest stopping the manufacture of reel machines has only led to others (classic example is reflex) coming back into the market.

 

even JPM has once again popped its head up out of the wood work.

what you talk about is already in place in ladbrokes, touch screens and totally upgradable.
