Alright chaps i was wondering if any of you chaps would be able to create the layout and rom for the very rare machine london underground or could tell me where i might find the emulation for it. It was great me and all my mates loved playing it some 10 years ago approx and for all i may of lost my cash on it i have good memories of that machine. Thanks in advance

You don't create a rom - you download it from the chip in the machine to the PC into a BIN file format that an emulator can then use.
But as someone says - this machine can not be emulated, so no point in downloading the rom from the chip
