Hi..... Hope somebody out there can help me. I have got a maygay "Great Escape" £15 J/P. I bought it on ebay about a month ago. The seller powered it up and it all worked perfecly. I had to put the machine in storage for a couple of weeks and when i switched it on a few lights came on dimly, a "0" appeared in the credits display and a loud buzzing noise sounded intermittently. On the PCB there are 7 vertical l.e.d's that are on and 3 horizontal l.e.d's under them. The middle (12v+) l.e.d. if off.
I checked the fuses in the power supply (with a meter) and they were all good. I then saw that the battery on the P.C.B. was weeping slightly and it was only showing 0.2 volts on my meter. I replaced the battery (cost a fiver)and switched on the machine. Everything worked except the lights. I played the machine without lights for a few minutes and won £8. Although there was only £2 in the hopper, I hit the payout button. It payed out the £2, indicated on the display that it owed me £6 and then shut down. I switched the machine off and then back on and it is the same as before only now there are no lights on, not even dimly. l.e.d's on PCB are the same.
I checked the fuses in the power supply again....all good. I checked the individual voltages on the power supply i.e. 240, 9.5, 7, 40, 11 and 50 volts. All are good. Please help.

Thanks. Paul
