Am I right in thinking these roms are one of the encrypted ones? If so do we know any information as to how they are encrypted? Or even how they are decrypted? E.g does the machine decrypt the roms and play it or does it decrypt on the fly? I took my first ever streak off this machine and it holds some good memories.
List here machines you would like to play but can't (EXCEPT machines which cannot be emulated under the 'current tech' rule).
I'm not looking to compile a list of machines but I'm just trying to see what we still can't do but could do without a backlash from the manufacturers.
Heres some of mine of th top of my head.
Blues Boys - encrypted I believe
Big Breakfast - needs a rotary reel emulation. (though to be honest the method used in the classic would suffice for a dx surely)
Cool Million - needs sound roms (I'll be losing some sleep the day this comes out even though its mute)
Bullseye. (unsure as yet)
Big Ghoulies (I havent seen this yet, Black Gold has been released and is almost identical so im not sure why)
Crazy Cobra's (yet another gemini machine I have no idea what tech these are on)
How Big is Your Rock - (Basically Global's Spotted dick with a seaside theme) Is there any reason this cannot be done?
Im sure there's many more out there you would like to see. I still wish I had my MPU3 Triple Chance as I beieve its probably lying in a landfill somewhere now and theres no roms for it on here.
Over to you.......

They need a Chr made for them...... the only person who can do that at the moment seems to be Wizard, im not clued up with this side of things so im not sure how its done, im guessing he has some sort of tool to do it because as i said he seems to be the only person able to create them , im not sure if that down to the fact that he is the only one knowledgable enough to create them or if he does actually have a tool.
Hopefully someone can enlighten us a bit more on this
Theres quite a few BWB's that could be done if we have chr's...... still waitng for him to pass me on the chr for heaven and hell so i can get my layout finished, which iv been waiting for for ages, im guessing its passed him by again:(
Cool Million - needs sound roms (I'll be losing some sleep the day this comes out even though its mute)
My layouts out for testing as we speak so shouldn't be to long now;)

JPM's Silver Ghost (To my knowledge there is a classic (muted) but as yet, no DX.
Bellfruits Hi-Lo Silver (No ROMS around or indeed artwork).
Cash Explosion (BWB's remake). I know where there is one but it's in a b & b in Blackpool. Quite getting to like that version now.
JPM's Fruit Chaser (Again, no ROMS around or artwork).
Love to see all these emulated someday. There are some more early JPM's, but for the moment the names escape me.

You sold an Aladdins Cave? The PCP one, 2p play £1.50 jackpot?
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Who did you sell it to? Have you got any pics or anything? Do you reckon it's still alive? I would pay £200 for a working one of those. Seriously.
Incidentally TTX discovered some ROMs for Masterspy a while back, but they don't run in the emulator (System 80 tech) due to some sort of booting issue that hasn't been looked into yet.
The closest I have got to seeing one of these again (for 15 years) is a poor quality pic of a Masterspy on the Mecca gallery, and my brother telling me he was in an arcade in Exmouth and there was an Aladdins Cave top glass on the wall, but he didn't get a pic.
I'd also like to see Labyrinth, Pyramid or Sphinx emulated one day. There's a Sphinx on ebay at the moment for £50, and it's in Taunton, not far from me - so I may buy it if it fits in my mates Focus.
Aladdins Cave...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Big Ghoulies works. But it alarms when paying out.
Probably needs an hopper sensor emulated for it to work 100%. Black Gold is on the MPU4 platform, and Big Ghoulies is a M1 machine.
I'd love to play Masterspy again. One of the finest 2p play machines there ever was.
Most of the Global machines have reel problems. So that is the main reason for them not working.

My ex pub landlord may still have his BWB Fire and Ice on £15. I'll see if he has it. If he does he'll certainly lend me the roms as it will be gathering dust.
Nialquinn (sp?) I believe got a working Pyramid from Spa on fruit forums. I should be picking up a monte carlo MPU4 video machine to start work on either making a video emulator or learning mame and helping update that to run MPU4-video machines.
What tech is Pyramid etc on? I don't believe I've ever played one.
