I don't think a Psycho cash beast can be on £25 jp. Well I've not seen one on £25 anyway.

AFAIK this never actually got the £25 update, so £25 ROMs don't exist, neither do decals.
Even if they do, it'll be even worse on £25 than it is on £15.

i could be wrong, and god strike me down, but ive played the £25 version down in southampton (portswood).
